The first two chapters describe the composition of Congress while the next two chapters show how lawmakers have employed their powers to further enrich themselves and entrench their families in power. Last chapter describes the struggle to have alternative voices heard in Congress and the attempts of various groups to gain entry to the fortress of privilege.
