This 2 volume edition is an expanded version of this work first published in 1987. As such its basic character as a Biblical exposition of the Gospel of Christ, as the good news of universal salvation, remains the framework wherein related doctrinal topics were put together in the presentation of a fuller and more consistent view of the divine plan by which all men, by the will of God, were saved through his Son Jesus. It would be evident in the perusal of this study that it is the will of God as accomplished in Christ Jesus which, being the theme of divine revelation, has been the decisive consideration in the interpretation of all scripture.
