Teacher assisting refers to the policies and procedures designed to equip prospective teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and skills they require to perform their tasks effectively in the classroom, school and wider community. All processes of teacher recruitment, training, motivation, incentives, retention and feedback therefore have to be planned on a large scale. The ultimate goal of in-service teacher development should be to ensure that optimal learning takes place in the classrooms. The maturity level and psychosocial make-up of the students and curriculum requirements demand separate teacher education programs for all the stages of the school education. The goals of education follow the development of the human resources. The development of the human resources is possible through a properly organized program of education. Education is a transmission of knowledge and information through predefined teaching methods and various training program. The quality of learning mainly depends on the ability and the capability and also the opportunity available to individual learner. Hence, transmission of qualitative education at higher level may have various receptions. Education too was considered as a public good and the government set up institutions just as other public enterprises, which provided education to the masses. With passage of time these institutions became inefficient. The current level of the learning technology development provides opportunities for collaborative engagement, access to information, interaction with content and individual empowerment. Rapid changes in communication technologies enable teachers to move from traditional classroom activities to online classrooms, or online activities in the tradititional classrooms.
