Isang makabuluhang dagdag sa sinupang pambansa ang aklat na ito na tinipon at isinalin sa Filipino ng mga taga-Cordillera sa pamumunò ni Dr. Purificacion Delima. Kung tutuusin, isang luma na itong proyekto sa ilalim ng Cordillera Studies Program ng Unibersidad ng Pilipinas Baguio mahigit 10 taón na nakaraan. Hindi ito nalathala. Ngunit lumilitaw na higit na mahalaga pa ito ngayon, lalo na dahil sa programang Mother Tongue ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon. Ang tinipon noong mga alamat, kuwentong-bayan, salawikain, at bugtong mulang Cordillera ay isang makabuluhang input ngayon para sa kailangang mga learning material sa rehiyon.
