Part One consists of the statutes, including the Copyright Decree (Presidential Decree No. 49), the Patent Law (Republic Act No. 166). Part Two comprises the administrative rules and regulations, including the Rules of Practice in Patent Cases and the Rules of Practice in Trademark Cases. Finally, Part Three consists of the international agreements on the subject which are relevant to the Philippines including, among others, the TRIPS, the Berne Convention for Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property.
