This instructional material is preferably designed for criminology and criminal justice students as the basic reference in Fire Organization and Administration with Fire Operation (LEA 27) in reference to the requirements of CMO 21 s 2005 prescribing a new curriculum for Criminology program and PRC Board of Criminology Resolution No. 1 s 2010 and Table of Specification for the New Examination Syllabi Series 2009. The contents of this instructional materials covers the historical background of the organization of the Bureau of Fire Protection pursuant to RA 6975 (DILG Act of 1990) and RA 9263 (Bureau of Fire Protection and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Professionalization Act of 2004), salient provisions of the RA 9514 (Fire Code of the Philippines 2008) and other pertinent Laws Rules and Regulations. This book is intentionally developed by the authors intended primarily for the undergraduate enrolled in the Criminology Program, constructed simply to facilitate easy comprehension and retention. The terms applied in this material are commonly used and practiced by personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection as defined in the Fire Code of the Philippines Implementing Rules and Regulations. --Preface of the book.
