This book, Sociology and Anthropology: An Introduction is an introductory text that aims to meet the need for a textbook on socio-anthropology designed for Filipino students and other readers in search of knowledge and understandings on society, culture and social stratifications. This book was conceived out of the authors' interest and experiences in teaching social sciences in several institutions like the Philippine National Police Academy, and National Police College.
