Summary: Guided by the Education Road Map of the President Aquino's Administration; the concept of Amalgamation was introduced. The Cordillera Administrative Region State Colleges and Universities (CARASUC) was made as a model for the amalgamation. In the Criminology Discipline, this author and two other Deans from the Ifugao State University, and the Program Chairman of the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College were constituted as a team to work on the curriculum complementation assisted by Academic experts from the University of the Philippines and the Commission on Higher Education. On the directive of the supervising experts, they recommended that the subject Comparative Police System be enhanced to include Global Justice System, hence, this new title "Global Comparative Police and Justice System", this is so to cope up with global trend. By virtue of this, this textbook is revised to construe with the requirement of the program. The revision is now composed of two main parts, Part1, Global Police System and Part2, Global Justice System. --Preface of the book.
