The Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has been the emerging curriculum design shifting focus on content and knowledge to student learning outcomes. This gives an emphasis on the observable and measurable outcomes which are necessary in preparation for life and work in the 21st century. With the implementation of OBE, there is also a need for paradigm shifting of the teacher's assessment approaches and techniques from the traditional to alternative and authentic assessment constructively aligned to the intended learning outcomes.
