Terms are arranged alphabetically. The names of the vineyards, wineries and chateaux are entered principally for spelling and location purposes. There are also entries for products which are no longer in production. Contains 7,500 German vineyards, each having indvidual entry giving its location. The entries are laid out as follows: first, the anbaugebief, then its bereich, the grosslage, and the vineyard itself. Cocktails are entered under the names by which they were given to the authors. For most of the beer entries the original gravity is given as average.
