This handbook was prepared by the Management Education Council of the University of the Philippines as part of its materials development program. It is intended for the courses - P.A. 207, BM 251 and Ed. Adm. 201 of the master of management program. It includes in one handy volume, basic reading materials and articles on the course. Particular attention has been made to include as much studies relevant to Philippine organizations and environment in order to complement existing literature, which is heavily western in orientation.
