Chito has been a colegiala in a convent school, a rich man's heiress, a law student, a housewife, a socialite, also a columnist, stage actress and very briefly a television talk show host. She worked in a hotel as social directress and, many times over, as a political election campaigner. She once had a job in the U.S. Department of the Interior. At another time, she was a fashion model. Some years ago, she became a banker and real estate developer and many people think of her as an art patron and philanthropist. She was also an ardent golfer. Others thought her as a liberated woman, career-oriented Filipina who has been a trailblazer and trend-setter. This book is also about the people who became part of her colorful life. It is an album of memories, as well as record of the past, an account of the present and maybe an augury of the future.
