This book consists of four parts. Part I, introduces the nonformal program, its nature, scope, characteristics and principles. Part II discusses the education for All Philippine plan of action. Part III presents the characteristics of the NFE learners and teachers and principles of adult teaching and learning. Part IV. provides reasons why the nonformal education program should be evaluated. This follows the course syllabus prepared by members of the PAFTE represented by the regional PAFTE chairmen and national officers of PAFTE, the accredited professional organization for teacher education by the PRC.
