Lasallian resources. Early documents ; v.2
The book is more like a documentary or a chronology rather than a history of the first Brothers who lived and worked with De La Salle during the forty years he dedicated himself to founding the Institute. Most of these brothers persevered until death and gave many years of often heroic service to the varied apostolate established by De La Salle. There is a value in presenting this limited information about these first De La Salle Brothers, especially in consideration of the light which it shines on the person of De La Salle himself.
