The book identifies the heroes of the Christian faith who met their death in Turon and Tarragona. They were victims of vendetta against the Church that had nothing to do with their personal political views. They were executed simply because they were religious men engaged in the Christian education of youth, faithful to their vow to associate together in the work of the schools to procure the glory of God as far as they were able and as far as God would require of them.
