Translation of : La Vie de monsieur Jean-Baptiste de La Salle.
The book was devoted to a study of what the biographer called "The Spirit, Sentiments and Virtues" of the founder. It is the fourth book of Blain that is presented in a translation commissioned by the Board of Lasallian Publications of the USA. Bannon, the translator has added a critical introduction and detailed notes, availing himself of the intensive international research conducted since the Second World War into the life and work of the great educational pioneer and canonized Saint, John Baptist de La Salle.
