The Smith and Saldaña model of the Ca++ oscillator in Physarum polycephalum is used to develop a mathematical model of shuttle streaming. Equations governing the fluid dynamics of shuttle streaming are derived using the boundary integral method. The no-diffusion approximation of the proposed model is also presented.
