Usually thses instruments were made from objects found in or near man's dwellings.They could produce loud sounds but often times they have soft and gentle sounds.String instruments produce sounds through vibration .The strings of these instruments are attached to bodies of many shapes sizes.Drum produces sound by beating.These instruments are still part of rituals and ceremonies ,and are often used to set the mood of an occasion.Flutes,reeds and trumpets produce sound by blowing..They are used to lay soft music for a sad occasion and or a thrilling march to cheer people.It also includes biographies of composers' and a glossary of instruments.
