It seeks to analyze those reasons and find a way to counter-act them with measures which have already been apparent but have not really been presented or shown to be such. Maybe the time has come to have a reality check. Or maybe the reality checks we have had were really based on reality but were as forces dictated them to be. It's time to break naivete.
