Project of the Cavite Studies Center.
This compilation of historical data about the town of Alfonso in the Province of Cavite is the result of many years of research conducted personally by the author. This is intended primarily for record purposes to keep the future generation aware of the historical facts about the town of Alfonso. The book follows a simple formula: a chronological and topical order showing the development of the town from its beginnings as a barrio of Indang, its growth and changes, its uniqueness as seen in customs, folkways and town personalities.
