Thus, this project aims to create an automated grade remark analysis and report generator for the College of Science that would help the faculty members in the assessment of students' performance. The proposed system would alleviate the faculty members from the tedious tasks of the existing manual system thus helping them to spend more of their time in developing their craft. The proposed system is a less complicated means of computing grades, thus, making and submission of reports would greatly benefit the faculty, the administrators and the students.
