Primary and secondary data were gathered and subjected to common descriptive statistics. Results of the study show a fluctuating student enrolment in the field of S&T courses from SY 1996-1997 to 2005-2006. Only 40% of the students graduated in the covered courses due to reasons such as students taking leave of absence, withdrawal from class, strict implementation of retention policy, among others. Curriculum design and management, student and human resource development, scholarship and financial assistance, linkages and extension programs are among the implementing strategies employed by DLSU-D in producing human resources in S&T. The sustainable strategic actions recommended are: strengthening and sustaining linkages and partnerships
