Summary: This study is an attempt to look into the extent of the implementation of the Diocesan Cathechetical Programs in the Vicariate of Immaculate Conception as prescribed by the Diocesan Pastoral Priorities for Evangelization in 2004. This was carried out through the use of a self-made survey form questionnaire that gathered the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, and length of service in the parish. It also measured the extent of the implementation of the Diocesan Catechetical in terms of goals/ objectives and resources. Based on the data gathered, the vicariate has a majority of middle aged manpower. Majority of those involved in parish activities and organizations are female. Most of the respondents had served for a maximum of five years. The vicariate, in general, is able to implement the goals and objectives but is very close to the borderline of almost failing to implement the said goals and objectives. The physical resources surpassed the borderline. The human resources, on the other hand confirms the findings of the first research conducted in 2008 on the great need for catechists in the vicariate However, the study revealed that on financial resources, the budget was lacking in all the parishes of the vicariate.
