SHIRLEE REMOTO-OCAMPO graduated Magna Cum Laude and batch valedictorian with the degree Bachelor of Science in Mathematics for teaching (BSMT) under the auspices of Department of Science and Technology (DOST) from Philippine Normal University (PNU) Manila in consortium with University of the Philippine (UP) Diliman and De La Salle University (DLSU) Manila. She earned her Master of Science in Mathematics (MS Math) from DLSU-Manila with distinction and outstanding thesis. She has completed all academic courses for Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics (Ph.D. Statistics) in UP Diliman. She is a consistent scholar of DOST and an alumna of Philippine Science High School (PSHS) Diliman.She is an awardee of Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) and Ten Outstanding Student Teachers of the Philippines. She is at present teaching undergraduate and graduate mathematics and statistics courses in DLSU-Manila1 where she became one of the finalists of Students' Search for Outstanding Teachers. She is engaged in educational and statistical research involving learning contructs, poverty statistics, multivariate analyses and modeling. She has participated in several conferences, seminar-workshops, and teacher trainings in mathematics and statistics as speaker and facilitator. She is also involved in writing mathematics and statistics books, teacher manuals. Understanding by Design (UbD) learning plans and syllabi, and modules under transformative learning framework. DAISY DE BORJA-MARCELINO Obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics for Teachers Cum Laude, at the Philippine Normal University-Manila, under the Top 20 PNUAT scholarship and HELENICA Foundation. She earned her Master of Education in Mathematics at De La Salle University-Manila with high Distinction through the generosity of the Natividad-Galang Fajardo Foundation. She has completed all academic courses for PhD in Science Education major in Mathematics at the De La Salle University_Manila. She is a fulltime faculty at the Philippine Normal University-Manila under the Department of Mathematics, College of Science where she handles undergraduate and graduate courses. She is involved in research, writing books, and modules in mathematics education. She has been invited as a speaker or an active participant in various seminar-workshops, conferences and trainings in mathematics education.
