In 1997, she resigned her Senior Corporate Accountant position to devote time for family life, book writing and editing. He attended review sessions at the CPA Review School of the Philippines (CPAR). He finished pre-school, elementary and high school at the very reputable S.V.D. school, St. Jude Catholic School. When Win took the NCEE in 1986, he tabulated a percentile rank of 199+. Win also attended "Finance for Education Leaders" at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM)-Executive Education Management Program. In college, he was voted Student Council Vice President and also, as Scholars' Guild President, Writing is not new to him for he was once part of the official organ, The Bedan.
