he's the Movers-Youth Founding National Chairman. During his college graduation, he received a total of seven awards including the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (PICPA) Most Outstanding Student Award, the Philippine Association of Collegiate Schools of Business' (PACSB) Special Award and the Dean's Gold Medal Award. He was Dean's Lister from 1st year to 4th year. In a record of sorts, he earned two scholarship grants during college from-the G Kim Pah Faoundation and the San Beda College. He taught Basic Accounting in San Beda College

Win has served as auditor for SGV & Co. and has rendered service in the Philippine Senate as Executive Director during the 1st term of Se. Miriam Defensor Santiago. For the most part of recent years, he fought and won, with Go's grace and prayers from loved ones and valued client-friends, fights for his better health. He finds time to inspire students to reach for their dreams. Susan Ballada isa an academic achiever having graduated as Valedictorian in elementary, in the To 10 in high school and with Academic Distinction in college. She passed and narrowly slipped the Top 20 in the Oct. 1993 CPA Board Exams. She's proud to ba a product of the public school system. Susan has contributed eight years of government service. In 1997, she resigned her Senior Corporate Accountant position to devote time for family life, book writing and editing. She's almost done with the requirement for her M.A. in Education at AUP.

Win Ballada earned an Academic Gold Medal, with a Q.P.I. of 3.83, from the MBA-Regis Executive Degree Program of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is a CPA Board Exams (passing percentage for this batch was 13.11% only). He is a B.S.C. graduate from San Beda College, with a Summa Cum Laude rating of 1.208. He attended review sessions at the CPA Review School of the Philippines (CPAR). He finished pre-school, elementary and high school at the very reputable S.V.D. school, St. Jude Catholic School. When Win took the NCEE in 1986, he tabulated a percentile rank of 199+. Win also attended "Finance for Education Leaders" at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM)-Executive Education Management Program. In college, he was voted Student Council Vice President and also, as Scholars' Guild President, Writing is not new to him for he was once part of the official organ, The Bedan.
