University Professor (Highest rank in the CEU Ranking System, 1970 to present), and Graduate School Professor 1988 to present) at Centro Escolar University. At present, she is a consultant at the CEU Research and Evaluation, a CEU Graduate School Professor and Chairman of the CEU Research and Development Foundation, Inc. She is the Chairman of the Graduate School Mathematics Department. In her forty years of teaching and as an administrator she has been invited as resource speaker both local and international. She's been a resource person inthe Development and Validation of Test Question, Test and Measurement, Development and Implementation of Research Agenda, and a reviewer in the Licensure Examination for Teachers. She conducted several researches in teaching methodologies, predictive validity study, pre-service elementary teacher training validation of departmentalized test. She has authored/co-authored several books in mathematics, statistics, educational research, educational evaluation and measurement. She is involved in the promotion of effective quality system of the university. She is Chairman of the Awards and Selection Committee of 5S Model Work Area. She's been the Chairman of the Performance Evaluation and Ranking Committee and Chairman Committee on Research of the Mendiola Consortium Schools.

Dr. Rosita G. Santos earned her doctorate in Mathematics Education (1987) and Master of Science in Mathematics Education (1970) from Centro Escolar University. Her Baccalaureate degree in Science Education major in Mathematics minor in General Science (1966, Cum Laude) was also obtained from Centro Escolar university. She worked as a Senior Assistant Vice President for Research and Evaluation (1995 to July 31, 2006)
