The book discusses the real estate practice in the Philippines with R.A. 9646 which is about transferring the regulatory power over real estate practice to the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) and introducing new mechanics involving licensing, registration and real estate operation by an individual practitioner and corporation. Importantly, the author highlights the dos and don'ts in real estate practice, the role of salespersons in real estate transaction and the participation of the broker in each occasion. He also explains the requirements and qualifications for practitioner's exams, revocation of license, reinstatement and re-issuance of licenses. Lastly, he also answers the question on real estate practice of foreign individuals.
