Osipon sa Tolong Taramon is a collection of the oral narratives in the Partido district in Camarines Sur in Bikolano, Tagalog and English. This work encourages the folk people of the Partido district to continue the "tagubhang" (act of patching of torn clothes) as a link to their past and serves a living inheritance to the next generation.
