This book entitled "Isnag of Apayao ", is a project of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) to provide the reader's knowledge about the indigenous people and community in Apayao which known to be Isnag. This book tackles the Isnag's life, land, people and the root of their origin in Apayao. Isnag celebrate a grand festival which is the "Say-am", they perform their traditional rituals, songs and dances and wear their traditional costumes and adornments. They have great sentiments in jars and any other porcelain wares. For their economic activities Isnag's do farming, hunting, fishing, weaving, trading, apiculture and forging. They have also a strong religious beliefs like "Maganito", a ritual during "Say-am" festivals.
