This book has two parts: the results of a research of the SRDC study team for Project Inclusion and the systematic studies sourced from stories for some graduate studies requirements. The first part presents the salient findings generated by the research team in the study entitled "From the Margins to the Mainstream: Their Coworkers, Business, Corporate Practices, Policies and the Workplace". The second part is a collection of contributions from graduate students who share the idea about the inclusion of individuals with intellectual disability in the job market. The second half of the book is a collection of the contributions from individual writers. These were derived from their case studies done independent of the study conducted by the SRDC research team. These were write-ups were drawn from both the literature review and primary data about adults with autism, the experiences of their parents, participation of politico-economic and socio-civic organizations, and persons proactively engaged in the promotion of their integration into the mainstream of normed society.
