One of the most controversy ridden aspect of social life (perhaps next only to Philippine politics!) is buying and living in a subdivision or condominium, or being involved in it whether as developer, funder, contractor, broker, lawyer, Association officer, renter, LGU official, mediator, or even as more 'kibitzer'. This book is an attempt to lessen, if not totally end these controversies and misunderstandings. Hopefully, this exposition will inform everyone who may be living or want to live in a subdivision or condo or be a developer, or funder or lawyer, or mediator, or a user of its facilities and structures, about what subdivision or condominium is all about.
