It is an attempt to bridge the gap in the concept building of communication and its application in the workplace since students will have an early exposure in the industry as part of the internship program. The main thrust of the book is to build on the communicative competence of the learners and realized in the varied interactive activities that will spell fun and enjoyment while learning the rudiments of speech and oral communication.
