Tells how a Mansaka hunter takes a swan maiden for a wife by concealing her magic clothes in his blowgun, while she bathes in the lake. Sometime later, when the baby boy born to them becomes fascinated with the blowgun, she recovers the dress that enables her to fly. Realizing the deception, she flies off with the baby. Kimod is subjected to five tests, in which little creatures of nature help him do the impossible, before he could win back his wife.
