Brother Gus Boquer FSC, EdD, is a member of the Religious Congregation of the Brothers of the Christian Schools - better known in the Philippines as the "De La Salle Brothers". His productive experience as an administrator and fund-raiser honed his people skills and afforded him countless challenging situations which at one time or another called for mediation, conflict resolution, and public relations in dealing with benefactors, parents, alumni, artists, associates and stakeholders in the ministry of touching hearts and transforming lives. Many od these "lessons" were written after a significant experience, and some while on board long flights. The inspiration to publish this book came from the author's commitment to pass on to successor generations, lessons learned from extensive experiences he has been blessed with.
