ANDRES D. BAUTISTA is The Presidentand CEO of Shang properties and the Dean of the FarEastern University Institute of law firm of Allen & Overy, he is also a professorial lecturer in Constitutional Law at the Ateneo Law School and a member of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Governing Board. He was a member of the Preparatory Commission and Constitutional Reforms (2000), the Consultative Commission on Constitutional Reforms (2005), and the Charter Change Advocacy Commission (2006). Dean Bautista obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Valedictorian) from the Ateneo School of law in 1990 and his Master of Laws from Harvard Law School (with honors) in 1993. MARIE ANTONETTE QUIOGUE is a graduate of the FEU-DLSU JD-MBA dual degree program. She graduated first in her JD class, earning the gold medal award for academic excellence. During her senior year in law school. She became the first Filipino to receive a scholasrship from the Gottenburg University under the Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law (Handelshogskolan Vid Goteborgs universitet) where she took combined business and law courses. She is currently an associate at the Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc & delos Angeles law firm.
