Further contends that sancutaries are "places where wildlife enjoys some measure of protection,wether or not that protection stems from governmental decree or something as ephemeral as physical remoteness.Thus a logged forest, a private estate -even a cattle rach - can serve also as wildlife refuge ,if its ecological make up helps wildlife survive.
