This material is a creative adaptation of the author's book entitled TAX DIGEST. The latter creation has proved its worth for more than a decade now as an effective tool in tackling the most dreaded and feared Bar examination subject of Taxation. With the infusion of multiple choice questions in the present system, the author has labored to produce more than five hundred multiple choice items to acquaint the Bar candidate with this innovation. The manner of presentation is designed in such a way that the topics are reviewed in an orderly and logical fashion. Answers to the multiple choice questions are not merely supplied. These are explained and supported with their legal sources. And the corollary items that do not represent the correct choices are likewise taken up in order to expand the user's knowledge on the various combinations of each question.
