520			_aThis publication was prepared to provide up-to-date compilation of nutrition researches undertaken in the Philippines and in other countries by filipino scientists, and was presented at the Twelfth Pacific Science Congress in Canberra, Australia August 1971. It is the third of the series of annotated bibliographies on the subject and covers papers published in local and foreign journals from 1961 to 1970. In this series there have been added abstracts on studies on applied nutrition, food supplementation and other articles that are related to the development of national policies on nutrition. Publications of many graduate students available locally have also been included for their contribution made in the field of foods and nutrition.
