520			_aDr. Legaspi is presently the chairperson of the Professional Education Department of the College of Education, De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. She has been with the university since june 1989 and held the following positions : OIC/Coordinator/Director of the Alumni and placement Office from November 1996 to May 1999 and Associate Dean of the College of Education from june 1999 to May 2000. She was the DLSU-D Faculty Association's secretary (1990-1991) and vice-president (1991-1992). She is also an active member of the DLSU-D Alumni Association where she is now serving as ex-officio member after having been its president from 2000-2002. She finished her elementary, secondary, and college schooling with honors. She continued her good scholastic standing until she finished her Master of Arts in Education and Doctor of Education degrees in DLSU-Dasmariñas. She attended several seminars and trainings in various parts of the Philippines and was sent by the DLSU-D Alumni Association in Oakland, California, USA for the Alumni World Congress in 1999 and by the university in Singapore for its book-sourcing activity. She was a high school teacher in Immaculate Conception Academy for three years and in Cavite School of St. mark for two years prior to her university teaching. She is married to Arnel R. Legaspi and has one daughter, Erika Joy.
