This hill is now a park with war implements and a tall building that houses war mementos. Having served in various academic administrative positions, Prof. Carpio wa three times a dean - dean of Student Affairs at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, dean of the College of Languages and Mass Communications at Polytechnic University, and later dean of the Graduate School also at PUP.
