520 _aThis study assessed the impact of the "Pangkabuhayang Pagsasanay para sa Pamayanan" dubbed as Cavite-Techno Livelihood Caravan (CTLC). Impact variables include household income before and after joining the program, material style of life and degree of livelihood diversification, the business traits and skills of the project beneficiaries including problems encountered, and strategies implemented after deciding to apply the lessons learned in the program. It utilized the descriptive research design. Survey questionnaires were distributed and administered to a random sample of project beneficiaries after attending the program. The chi-square test was used to determine a significant relationship between the impact variables. Weaknesses of this methodology are the small sample size and the lack of baseline information considering the total number of participants and the budget spent for the program. Overall, the data suggest a positive impact of the program. It can be concluded that household income and material style of life are good measures in assessing impact including livelihood diversification. Several recommendations are presented in the study.
