New entries on globalization, mobility, localization, gender and sexuality, censorship, comics, advertising and retranslation. Part 11 covers the history of translation in major linguistic and cultural communities. It is arranged alphabetically by linguistic region. Many of the entries in this section are based on hitherto unpublished research. It has one new entry the Souteast Asian tradition.
