| Summary, etc. | In this revised edition as in the original, the author has attempted to correlate the provisions of the Revised Penal Code to the related principles of law in the field of constitutional law and procedure. The author has preferred to make the decisions speak the correct rule rather than his personal opinion. When dissenting opinions may be expressive of the better rule and therefore merit equal if not more consideration, the author has inserted them after the majority view.
