This cookbook on International Menus is for anyone who loves to entertain and do the cooking at home. Whether for a small party with family members or a large number of guests for festive occasions and during national holidays, celebrations are incomplete without an array of delectable foods and drinks. Selecting the menu suitable for the occasion and guests is often a dilemma to the host. One guide in this decision-making is to serve recipes from another country for "something different" or new experience. The 56 set menus containing 475 recipes representative of 53 selected countries in Africa, Asia , Middle East, the Americas, Europe and Oceania provide detailed listing of ingredients and how to cook or prepare the food or beverage.
