A critical evaluation of some common in vitro antioxidant capacity methods has been provided in seventh chapter. The extraction of biomolecules using phosphonium-based ionic liquids + K3PO4 aqueous biphasic systems has been proposed in eighth chapter. Ninth chapter focuses on monolithsin bioprocess technology. In tenth chapter, we highlight an approach to distinguish the contribution of different reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS). Eleventh chapter explores variations of a widely-used theoretical model for biomolecular simulations, in order to help bridge the description of biomolecular functional and folding dynamics.
